Chris Gurr

Chris is an experienced strength and conditioning specialist that has worked amongst multiple sports as both a Strength & conditioning coach and a sports physiotherapist.

Currently, Chris is Head of Performance leading the strength and conditioning and physiotherapy department for the A-League Women at Western United Football Club.

Chris loves to work across multiple sports and has also been touring with the Australian Mixed Ultimate Frisbee team as their strength & conditioning coach and physiotherapist.

As a sports physiotherapist Chris has worked at the Nitro world games, Hockey Victoria, Box Hill United SC and with Olympic weightlifters.

Brinley Ling

Brinley is an experienced strength & conditioning specalist and tactical personal trainer.

Currently, Brinley leads all strength & conditioning services across Netball Victoria’s, state, pathway and emerging athletes.

She also has worked as a strength & conditioning coach at the Victorian institute of sport having assisted in the physical preparation of squash and swimming athletes.

Not only has Brinley worked amongst team and individual sports but she has a strong interest in working with tactical personal (military, fire fighters, police) and helps clients in these areas prepare for their physical performance assessments.
